Please note the following points

All items are described to the best of our ability. If there is any defect or flaw to an item then this will be fully described.

Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.

Postage costs are non - refundable and will be paid by the customer. However, if we have unknowingly described any item, and has been described inaccurately by us in error, postage costs will be reimbursed.

The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.

The refund will be credited back to your account when receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of refund email and from Paypal.
